Can you work outside our business hours?
Yes, and most of our commercial clients prefer it. Early morning before opening is the most common. We will fit the schedule to your hours rather than the other way around.
Do you require a contract?
No. Recurring clients stay because the work is good, not because they signed something. You can change the frequency or stop any time.
How high can you reach?
We handle ground-floor and low-rise commercial glass, which covers the large majority of buildings in this area. If your building needs high-rise rope or lift access, tell us during the estimate and we will be straight with you about whether it is a fit.
Are you insured?
Yes. We can provide proof of insurance for your records before the first visit. Many property managers require it on file and we are used to that request.
Do you do post-construction cleanup?
We do handle construction-grade window cleaning, which is a different job than routine maintenance. It takes longer and it is priced separately, so mention it when you call.
